These terms govern your use of MultiSpace (the “Service”), a desktop application and related website. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MultiSpace is a terminal workspace application. It integrates with third-party AI agent command-line tools that you install and configure yourself; you are responsible for your own use of those tools and any associated accounts or costs.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, who handles billing and applicable taxes.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent the subscription, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
